Product Selection and Evaluation
- Product options: We listen to your needs and suggest products to consider.
- Manufacturer technical coordination: We obtain technical information and bring your questions to the manufacturer’s team.
- Samples and prototypes: We arrange products for your team to evaluate and qualify.
- Enhancements and custom options: We coordinate with the manufacturer or our trusted display enhancement and integration partners.
- Kits: We can supply an agreed set of components under one ordering part number.
Purchasing, Inventory, and Delivery
- Quotes and orders: We confirm the requested parts, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Inventory programs: We discuss stocking and scheduled releases against your production forecast.
- Credit programs: We can discuss payment terms, subject to credit approval and the agreed terms.
- Shipping and logistics: We coordinate delivery requirements and order updates with you.
- Part sourcing: We check product availability and discuss options when supply is constrained.
Lifecycle and Ongoing Support
We can agree which parts to monitor and a schedule for lifecycle reviews. For those parts, we pass along relevant manufacturer notices we receive and help plan next steps. Support can include replacement samples for qualification, last-time-buy planning, and inventory releases beyond the manufacturer’s last-time-buy date under an agreed stocking arrangement.
